Post title: It's never too late to ask for help.

Modern life has brought many facilities to ours. We have technology, fast communication and efficient means of transport. One thing that modernity has not been able to do is to end health problems related to people's psychological and emotional health.

On the contrary, it seems that the evolution of society and parenthood have grown along with these problems that can be very debilitating for those who have them.

We know how problems of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolarity have been discussed today. However, I have seen that little has been done to help these people find institutions that can help them. For this reason, this post is aimed at you, dear reader, who may be a victim of these problems.

If you suffer from one of these problems, or suspect that you may be developing them, the best thing to do is to seek professional help. However, I understand that consultations with psychologists and psychiatrists can be very expensive and many readers may be in financial trouble to afford this type of medical monitoring. In that case, you can count on your community. Yes, with your city, it seems unreal, but communities have developed several programs to help people with psychological problems.

First, you can look for universities in your region, as most of them have community service programs, where psychology / psychiatry students can assist patients and gain experience in their professions. There are also voluntary groups that serve the communities of grace and can greatly improve their condition.

If your city has none of these things, you can call the "Life Valuation Center" and ask for advice on your problems.

We know that asking for help is a very big step and requires courage, which is often difficult to have, but I know that you are strong and that you can overcome any problem.

since you have not provided the options here i   am going to give you general overview about hormone.hormone are actually the part of endocrine system in our body and produced by the endocrine glands. the hormones act like a chemical messenger   within human body. once produce by the glands they   travel through the blood stream and reach at specific or target tissue and organs   which result in control of our body function. the hormones are specific in their work and work on only the targeted tissue or organ   . with the of hormone endocrine system regulate the heart rate , metabolism, our mood and   growth as well as the development and even the sleeping cycle etc. they actually are the messenger for body cell and organs .
