Help meh plz ( this is for anyone having a bad day so plz don't report)

Plz write a sorry letter to our manager stephan, I keep on putting my butt on the printer and making copies, then accidentally dropping them all over peoples offices. Everyone keeps asking who it is, and they say whoever it is has an ugly birthmark. They say it looks like California, but I can't help that it's so big

decrease in training capacity/intensity

moodiness and irritability

depression

loss of enthusiasm for the sport

decreased appetite

increased incidence of injuries.

a compulsive need to exercise

c. spiritual heath is subjective.

you may having too much sleep.. a good night sleep consists of about 7 hours. more than that could be the reason you're still tired throughout the day.
