The behavior of a risky person might not be suitable for becoming a nurse or a doctor, and this should be tested before the education starts.

If the persons behavior is some risky then this can be changed by providing them training and influencing their thoughts.

However if a person have a high risky behavior then this type of person should not be allowed to become a doctor or a nurse.
