Describe how media can have a negative affect the health of adolescents.

- media information is not always correct
- media usually provides only negative information
- individuals begin comparing theirselves to others
- people spend too much time on social media
- looking at a screen has consequences (ex. Straining eyes, neck and back pains from looking down at phone)

Kids have a habit of going off of what they see and if they’re on say instagram then they might see negative things and think that’s the way things are supposed to be then start talking or acting like what they see.
