Meal plan for Joel! Easy! PLEASE HELP! :( I've been stuck for months. Joel (age 12) plays soccer every Tuesday, and school on weekdays. Plan his meals each day of the week (weekend included) for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and explain why you chose those foods and drinks. The only catch is that they must be healthy and nutritious and with the right serving size for a 12-year-old boy. You should also put in serving sizes.
