Why do I get so sad when other ppl have good stuff happen to them? Like idk, why do I just get so nervous? Is there psychology behind it or smthng

It can be a change of mood and feelings. I’m not sure really, but it’s how you feel. It used to happen to me, i mean behind it for me was jealousy, but i’m sure it’s not jealousy for you, it’s probably how different your actions and feelings are towards people.
