a. all first aid treatment forms
b. all workers compensation forms
c. the osha 300 log and the osha 300a summary except for items that are personal.
d. medical and exposure records for all workers

The OSHA 300 Log is a log of work-related injuries and illnesses. The OSHA 300A log is a summary of the OSHA 300 Log.  Employees have the right to review this log at any time.  These logs are kept to ensure that employees have access to this information."
