Discuss why a physically active job does not guarantee better physical fitness.

So a physically active job requires you to walk around a building or what they want you to do. Although you go to work everyday and you walk around that building a lot, it still doesn’t lead you to a good physical fitness. You need to exercise, watch your diet, etc.
