Paleo is just eating all the foods that existed in the Paleolithic era, (kind of like eating all natural foods) and mediterranean is a diet based on how people ate in the mediterranean and limits dairy and eggs and you are able to have meat in this diet on occasion. It’s mostly for heart health. Veganism is no animal products.
