dinner - 25% meat so say steak 50% veggies so say broccoli 25% grain so white rice.

- Day 2

breakfast - 2 cups of yogurt, with scrambled eggs with hash browns, a cup of milk

lunch - a cup of apple juice, 20% lean protein & 50% non-starchy veggies & so Ceaser salad

dinner - 50% veggies so egusi soup 25% grain so amala.

- Day 3

breakfast - a bowl of corn flakes with some strawberries

lunch - a cup of milk, 20% lean protein  50% non-starchy veggies so pepper soup

dinner - 50% veggies so pepper soup 25% grain so white rice.
