List ten basic activity areas found in most classrooms. Name their functions and describe where each
should be placed in the classroom

bulletin boards: A board where every day to day and necessary notices can be pinned. Shall be places in the corner wall where every body can see it.

sleeping areas: Some schools know that hours in school can be draining for children and hence have a dimly light room where children can rest for some time.

blocks and bricks: For the kindergarten children to learn, blocks and bricks are present at the end of the room.

Dramatic play area: Children bring their imagination to life in such areas.

Reading Area: It is the area where books and magazines are present for the children to read.

Tables and chairs: It is the main area of the room where tables ans chairs are present for learning.

Art supplies: Area where children do all the art and creative work.

Music center: Area where musical instruments are present .
