I'm in a bet. The bet is:
My step-dad is not in shape at the moment so he bought some gym equipment the other day. He said that if he's "Ripped" as in abs and everything by Christmas, we won't get any gifts from him. But, if he isn't "Ripped" by Christmas I'll get a new phone and Computer.

Do you think I will win??

Hmmm, it depends if he's a type to exercise every day then he will win. But if he's lazy you will definitely win.

I honestly do think you will win. But it depends on how much he is working out a day.

the aorta is the large artery leaving the heart branches into smaller arteries, which eventually branch into capillaries.the arteries carry oxygen and nutrients away from your heart, to your body's tissues. the capillaries are small, thin blood vessels that connect the arteries and the veins. the statement that arteries carry oxygen-rich blood to capillaries is true. veins on the other hand are blood vessels that take oxygen-poor blood back to the heart.
