Pulse: regular. LUNGS: Normal ABDOMEN: Soft, no masses noted. HEENT: Normal HEART: Normal rate and rhythm Chemotherapy schedule was reviewed, and side effects of treatment were discussed. Chemotherapy was given; the patient tolerated treatment well.
