Explanation:

A person who is in college is seen as someone who has certain levels and standards that he has to meet. Society perceives university education as the beginning of a person's training to enter the world of work, which has many demands and must be met from now on.

University education has an approach where the student will learn from an area in which he will develop and how he will develop in that area, the person has to be the best and stand out. We live in a competitive world where the person who has the necessary skills is the one who will get the job.

People who are in the university field have pressure for the various expectations they have to meet. Parents, friends, teachers and society, in general, expect a lot from a person and it is normal for Keza to get to the point of feeling a lot of pressure.

While it is true that Keza is a university student and her responsibilities have increased, this does not mean that she should spend most of her time just studying. She is a human being, and as such, she needs to perform other activities that are part of his development as a human. The brain needs rest to assimilate the information it is about to store and if Keza only spends her time studying and not doing other things that are also important, she can get to the point of experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety.
