The relation betweem the intensity of an exercise and the time an exercise needs to be perfermoed according to the principles of FITT is that exercise does not only depend on the fitness level you have, but also the intensity on how hard you do the workout. More intensity on your workouts means the less time you will have to do it.

3. The time duration of a workout plays a major role in determining the actual result of the workout. Usually people who require faster results spend more time at the gym and the people who you cannot with stand enough intensity also spend more time at the gym.

4. The type of exercise a person performs plays a very important role in determining the areas weather results are to be reflected. The cardio exercise for example aims at increasing the heart rate and improving the cardiorespiratory fitness of the whole body. Strength training on the other hand aims at the muscles and projects resistance capacity to the muscles does increasing the size and strength of the muscles.
