You can restrict unnecessary communications by being transparent to the people. You have to let other aware of your personal schedule and by not taking phone calls during your study times. BY simply doing this, people will avoid disturbing you when you are too busy doing something.

You can limit random conversations by making others conscious of your private plan and by not accepting phone signals while learning times.

No schedule indicates no focus. The communication without a plan is likely to change from point to point. Attendees won’t have time to prepare and concentrate their thoughtfulness because the purpose of the gathering isn’t apparent. People are more likely to dislike being at certain kinds of gatherings and are hence less likely to participate in the conversation.
