Cystoscopy, left ureteroscopy, holmium laser lithotripsy, stone manipulation, stent removal and replacement are performed. the holmium laser was used to break up a cluster of stones at the ureteropelvic (up) junction which were removed with a basket and a gibbons stent was exchanged. previous ct scan showed stones in the lower right pole. it was decided to proceed with ureteroscopy. ureteroscope was inserted in the right ureter, confirming multiple stones within the proximal ureter. these were basketed and removed. what cptâ® codes are reported for this service?
