What do u do when u present something even if u get very scared and dizzy

Eat something before hand.
eating food indicates to your body that you are safe. it makes your body a lot more calm and relaxed. you can even chew gum or eat a mint while up there, if it doesn’t affect your speech.
also, put yourself in the audiences place. no ones going to care if you mess up once or get your words jumbled up, just breath, relax, and try to talk calmly and smoothly.
