What causes sweating during running in order to remain in homeostasis

My defintion: When you run and your body is heating up which cause sweat glands to cool you down from overheating to maintain homeostasis.

Your body temperature is now back to normal.

More definitions,  Blood flow to your skin increases to speed up heat loss into your surroundings, and you might also start sweating so the evaporation of sweat from your skin can help you cool off.

Homeostasis is maintained by sweating because it helps the human body cool down when it is warmer than its normal healthy temperature. The water sweating puts on the skin absorbs a large amount of heat from the body as it evaporates.
