Well, In my opinion, Being a vegan is a wonderful thing if you  want to save the animals! But being vegan may not be exactly healthy for you as you think. It has some side affects. Following a vegan diet puts you at risk of getting insufficient vitamin D, which is needed for bone health. but there is a solution to that. If you're willing to, you can take vitamin - D tablets that is surely available if you ask the chemist.
