you can hang out with friends and join clubs what tends to make people happier. honestly doing good deeds puts me in a better mood. doing good for you and the planet makes it so much better :)) or even going outside with friends laying in the grass watching the sky is so relaxing and of course you can do that anytime with or without friends. go in a group to feed my starving children or doing good for others with your community is amazing! these are preferences but yours might be different! hope this helped.
