liquor has about 37% alcohol, while beer and wine are typically in the single digits for percentage. however, liquor isn't usually consumed in large quantities such as beer and wine, so in the end it really depends on how much alcohol is consumed.

i should probably explain a little bit more.

usually, liquor is consumed in small shot glasses, so even though there's a high concentration of alcohol in said liquor, a glass of wine or a bottle of beer might have the exact same amount. so if you drink an entire bottle's worth of liquor, then yes it will obviously be more dangerous. but if you just consume a few shots? probably not.
