The nurse in a primary care clinic and a client have come to see the primary care provider because the client is getting married and wants to have a prenuptial gynecologic examination. after the exam, the nurse asks about the woman's plan to have a family. the woman responds, "why do i have to plan for a family? " what would be the nurses's best response?

If it's a smaller child or infant, place one on the middle of the chest and on the child's back. (if it is a bigger child with enough room for two, place one on the upper right/your left of the chest, and one on the lower left/your right) the pads should never touch each other. 

There are a couple of answers.you could have an infection, a sti, std, or other problematic health issues.i would recommend going to the doctors, if not, take a shower and wash down there, then wait a couple of days, and if it’s still there, then is when you should go to the nearest or trusted gynecologist of your choice.

Unlike  ct scans, which use x-rays,  mri scans  use powerful magnetic fields and radio frequency pulses to produce detailed pictures of organs, soft tissues, bone and other internal body structures.  differences between  normal and abnormal tissue is often clearer on an  mri  image than a  ct.you can see more with a mri scan. for example on an mri you can see internal bleeding.
