Compare and contrast aerobic physical activity and anaerobic physical activity

Aerobic activity is also termed as endurance activity. It improves cardiorespiratory fitness and can be done through brisk walking/hiking, running, swimming or biking. On this activity, our body’s large muscles are moving in a rhythmic manner in a maintained length of time. On the other hand, anaerobic physical activities cannot be done for long periods for the reason that, there is a limited amounts of anaerobic fuel supplies in our body.
