What are two things you can do for depression at home

I have depression, and here's the things that I try to do: (just pick two)

•Write down thoughts, bad and good
•self care. It's important to have time for YOU. Take a relaxing bath, relax, or just prepare a time for you, or do a face mask, etc.
•draw or paint. This is a great way go express yourself and take your mind off thing. Unfortunately, sometimes depression can make you not want to do these.
•pet a fluffy doggo or cato (doesn't have to be fluffy)
•talk to a friend
•go to counseling, (there's online counseling services, sometimes require payment, but the national depression and other hotline can help to talk to)
•watch funny yt videos (it can help to laugh for once) I recommend call me Kevin :)
