I have the same problem with my rabbits, they cannot eat apple seeds. My rabbit ate one, but she is fine to this day. I believe that if it was just one it is okay, though do not let your dog have any more. It would be too risky. Your dog will not die if eating just one grape. Just be sure to keep them away from the dog. As long as your dog looks okay after eating only one, you have nothing to worry about.

You should keep an eye on your dog and make sure it eats and drinks normally.
