By examining this Question, I can say that option 1, or A, would fit the best, because if you are fasting, very long, or after fasting you start eating a lot, after you have not been eating, that really makes big trouble for your health. as well to all that, i would add that in my own experience, i used to fast like 1 day, and in the evening, if I eat a lot, that really makes me dizzy, or even i get a head ache quick.
