What muscle groups are the most uncomfortable or difficult for you to work out? what are two additional activities that you can incorporate into next week’s physical activity to work those muscles?

For me the most uncomfortable or most difficult muscle to workout would be my biceps and triceps. I feel like my legs can do about anything and I have a good core structure but my arms are like noodles haha. I can bench press and lift weights/medicine balls but if I am not at the gym then I can simply grab a chair and do chair dips.
