Ineed in understanding the functions of the nervous system and how it works for my anatomy class. i also need an explanation for parts of the brain and what their function is (ex. temporal lobe - hearing), what is afferent, central, and efferent, what are bipolar, multipolar, and unipolar neurons, and the difference of white matter and gray matter.

The nervous system consists of the brain, spinal cord, sensory organs, and all of the nerves that connect these organs with the rest of the body. Together, these organs are responsible for the control of the body and communication among its parts.

don't compare yourself to others, this is a big one because due to photoshop and surgery people have this unrealistic image of what they should look like in their head.

think about good qualities you have and jot them down so can go back when you're feeling down about yourself.

make sure you have good hygiene, bathing often, face routine, brushing teeth.
