3primary causes of childhood obesity in the u. s. and how/if these differ from the causes of adult obesity.

1) Not getting enough/any energy. Many children (especially nowadays) sit around playing video games or watching tv instead of playing outside with their friends.

2) Eating too much. Many children eat too much, especially a food that they enjoy. Another part is that if they eat too much & sit around all day it causes obesity.

3) Eating out. Many children love to eat out at Mcdonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell (the list can go on and on) but many of those places have HIGH calorie and fat intakes in their foods.

I think that childhood obesity has the same causes as adult obesity.
