Name one similarity and one difference between cystic fibrosis and down syndrome.

Okay obviously someone didnt get the question.
You already know what those two diseases are! we are looking for similarities and its way to obvious that these two are diseases so that cant be the answer.
I actually had the same question in my health assignments myself recently and i spent all afternoon trying to figure it out.
Until i realized and i felt SO STUPID 
because it was right in front of my nose lol
okay fine ill tell you the answer 
They are both untreatable! meaning no cure! I know a sweet girl myself that has down syndrome and her mother would give anything to cure her. Sadly there is no cure:/ 
And as for cystic fibrosis, there are many things that can help symptoms but they arent actually curing it. I read how there might be possibilities of lung transplant but as far as i know im not sure.
