It all depends on which technological advancements you are thinking of for this question. If you mean like, screen tech and VR then no it has no positively affected our wellness. People hunch over small screens to read things on their phones or to just play games or they hunch down over computer screens. All that leaning down and hunching over constantly will lead to scoliosis which means that your back will be curved and if you don't get it fixed then eventually you may need to wear a back brace.
