Life events often cause stress and stress is not healthy for your body, physically and mentally.

Depending on how you live your life, healthily of unhealthily, it could impact what you eat and how you feel about yourself.  Constantly slouching around on the couch could lead to the unhealthy behaviors of staying inside all day and never getting out.
