Take insomnia for example, which is not getting the sleeping time your body needs. It causes your personality to change dramatically, making you grogy, moody, and in certain cases, leads to depression. Emotional health is as important as mental. Take this for example, who would you think would prosper in a job interview, a confident, and optimistic person, or someone that is shy, a pessimistic, and a procrastinator?

It is very important to stay hydrated. your body needs it for may things for cells, tissues, your organs and etc. water also with your temperature that way you don’t get a headache etc. i bet if you look it up there will be a lot of things you can learn.
