Li believes in using traditional remedies. she firmly believes that if she balances her and she will stay healthy.

I am not sure on what to do on this question but I think that if Li eats healthy and exercises theroughly then I think that she won't have to worry about her diet anymore.

I also think that if she can take all the stress out of her body then that can also lower her body weight!

Eating healthy and exercizing and drinking the right amount of liquids will help keep her body in shape!!!
