This result in change in metabolism, storing a lot of fats and burning less, all these result in childhood obesity. Such children are on high risk of getting diseases in young age like diabetes, bone problems, skin problems, high blood pressures, heart problems, high cholesterol problems etc. So, such routine should be developed for children that keep them busy doing physical activities, like running, football, indoor games etc.
