Idon't think this is health related but, i really have the worst problem with falling asleep, i go to bed at about 11 pm. and i have my eyes closed for a long time, trying not to focus on anything or moving, and then i open my eyes and its 1 am, and then i can't relax. then i try again while worrying, and i rarely fall asleep after then, if i don't its about 3 am, and i just about give up and i start to panic. and i usually fall asleep, my dad says i sleep but i sometimes can't tell. but that is not the case most of the time. i know that this is insomnia, but i really need advice for this issue. i have had it for 4 months, my parents just won't take me

if you have sleeping probs  (the reason you cant sleep) but on some relaxing music or your favorite sound that calms you down don't look at the video put in some headphones and lay down

if that's not the problem and there just to many things on your mind try to clear your mind that don't work look up a wind down shutting your body off vid  and put some headphones in and follow what there doing in the video  

if that doesn't work then do what i do as a person who has insomnia and a lot of mental problems  and the video thing don't work or anything just  stare into darkness until its time to get up
