What media and cultural messages are young people exposed to that work against healthy eating habits?

Many things found on social media can show body images that are unrealistic and displayed as the "average" or "Perfect". This results in other feeling bad about their body image. Along with that social media also often shows trendy diets that can be dangerous and unhealthy to take on due to promoting not eating to "cleanse" the body.
