Hey, if any of you have anxiety, what are things you feel or think of during the day that you from doing things?

i'm working on an english research proj, and need others points of views

I dont have bad anxiety but stress is what causes it (for me anyways) when i have anxiety attacks i try to remain calm and take deep breathes and i try to stay happy and shrug it off. my anxiety isnt bad enough to harm myself me personally i know im better then to do that to myself and i know this is cheesy but things really do get better, we can all get through everything

I write in a notebook and listen to "happy" music, mostly keep myself busy around the house. Clean, talk, cook, and do more cleaning.
