How do i deal with depression 4-5 sentences

I can't really tell you how to deal with depression because everyone is different. I am going through it myself so I'm with you.You have to focus on the things in life that are worth living for and that are worth making you happy.I can't tell you how to fix it but, I what I can tell you is to stop hating yourself for everything you are not, and start loving yourself for everything you are!
