The administration time would be around 11.99 or 12 hours since we divide the 2 liters or 2000 ml into the flow rate of 166.7 ml/hr and the IV bags to be needed in the next 48 hour period would be around 4 bags as we divide the 48 hours into the 11.99/12 hours.
