Which of the following does not limit range of motion

You didn't really provide us with a list of possibilities which supposedly limit the range of motion. However, what doesn't limit it is for example good and frequent movement in the form of going to the gym or something similar, where the people who perform this regularly, experience great benefits from it as well. 

I’m going to guess these are the choices: a) recreational skiing developed in the mid-19th century b) it was originally invented as a way of getting from place to place in snowy regions c) downhill skiing is currently the only common form of the sport d) it mostly evolved from snowshoeing- if that’s the cases then the answer would be c) downhill skiing is currently the only common form of the sport
