True. if you have 4 or less hours of sleep each night it will weaken your immune system. If you have 3 straight nights, no sleep whatsoever, you will die of exhaustion. This has happened to a person who spent a whole 3 days straight, no sleep whatsoever, and died because of exhaustion.  Eating healthy foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts, will also keep you healthy, and keep your immune system working and healthy as well.
