Jane was not feeling challenged by her workout, so she applied the principle of overload by adding more weight to her squats and bench press.

She can really do this but I will advice to her that she should not make a quick transition from a small weight to large weight because it can shock her muscle and can be a cause of pain. She needs to do it slowly while gaining the weight she will lift.
