Hi pro people, is it possible to pick ourselves up if we had the strength as strong to pick up how much we weigh, lol im really just curious.

If you had the strength then we definitely could! Sometimes size doesn't matter, it's just your muscles that do. 

No, because by picking ourselves up, we'd lose access to our legs and our arms, which are the only body parts we could really use to keep the rest of our body in the air
