Attractiveness is so much more than pretty. Your supposed “shortcomings” if they even really exist, can probably be addressed with through a combination of advice on make up, fashion, originality, confidence, communication skills, compassion, etc.

Not Smart:

Read “7 Kinds of Smart: Identifying and Developing Your Multiple Intelligences” by Thomas Armstrong. The premise of the book is that modern science recognizes 7 (actually updated version of the book discuss 9) areas of intelligence. Society (and you) generally have a very narrow and inaccurate idea of what “smart” is. Armstrong helps broaden the definition to cover areas of intelligence such as musical intelligence, linguistic intelligence, emotional intelligence, etc.  

I guarantee you will recognize yourself in one of the nine and see that you are “smarter” than you even realized.
