The biosphere is one of the spheres of the earth where all life is located. The biosphere is a collection of all ecological and biological interactions and processes that life does. Abiotic factors are the non-life properties that contribute to life or essential. Biotic factors are the living organism interacting with each other, and the abiotic components of the spheres.
