Are coals and diamonds considered flow renewable or non renewable recourses

It depends on who you ask technically they are both renewable but it takes a lot of effort and time to renew diamonds but for coal, it's pretty easy to renew. if you only are talking about the natural stuff neither is renewable completely
 a diamond takes thousands of years to form.
