Would appreciate some help on these determination of the epicentral of an earthquake question!
1. Determine which waves arrive first at each of the seismographical stations. (Primary, Secondary...)
2. Determine the interval S-P for each of the three seismographical stations.
3. Figure 1B, determine the epicentral distance for each station, basing off of the previous question.
4, Localize the epicentre of the seism/earthquake, following these steps:
a) convert the epicentral distances calculated previously in centimeters, using the scale on figure 2.
