Why can trees grow in the taiga but are unable to in the tundra? There is no permafrost in the taiga biome.

There are no herbivores in the taiga.

The tundra is home to many animals that would eat trees.

Tundra summers are too warm for trees.

Magma is outside the volcano  and lava is inside the volcano.
